We understand that renovating your home, no matter how large or small the project, is a big decision to undertake. We’d like to be your partner from start to finish ensuring a positive experience throughout the process. We feel that our personal relationships with our clients is what sets us apart from other companies and we look forward to the opportunity to exceed your expectations.
INITIAL CONSULTATION
Our first step is a free in home consultation to view your existing space and discuss what you’d like done as part of your renovation. A tentative price range will be provided shortly following our consultation to assist in determining your project budget and we’ll discuss available options and potential timelines.
PROJECT PROPOSAL
If you decide to move forward, we begin work on drawings based on our discussions and your vision of the job, providing a detailed quote outlining the scope of the work required and the specifications including finishing materials based on your selections. If you need assistance with your selections, our suppliers as well as our staff is here to help!
DETAILED FIXED PRICE CONTRACT
We will provide you with a fixed priced contract outlining the selections you’ve made, timelines for construction start and completion as well as payment schedules. Unless the client decides to revise something from this point forward (and yes changes are permitted if you so choose) your price is guaranteed upon signing of the contract.
CONSTRUCTION BEGINS
We begin to order materials, the jobsite is prepared and construction commences. We are always available to communicate as construction proceeds and will provide timely progress reports keeping you informed during each major stage of construction including material delivery dates and scheduling.
PROJECT COMPLETION
Upon completion of your project we will conduct a thorough inspection of the entire renovation with you to ensure expectations were met and provide you with documentation outlining warranty information as well as a full completion report.
PROJECT FOLLOW-UP
Our commitment to customer satisfaction. We will follow-up with you 3 and 12 months following completion to ensure you are happy with the project end result.
